本机主加热辊筒为双层、敞开式防爆辊筒。内有我们独有的循环导油槽设计，走油更均匀、不会产生色差、颜色更稳定、温度误差±1度。我们选用国内一线钢厂马钢生产的（245R）锅炉板。经过卷、焊、镗，然后再烧焊、精车、外圆磨、磨外圆轴头、辊筒的同心度，胚板厚15mm。

本机是自动纠偏、电动式分离毛毯、双放花纸采用气刹，气动式双增压增加压力，使用更方便、更安全！气涨轴配二收二放四根，机械设置自动降温系统，该机分二路线控制，降温时直接关闭主加热系统，保留基本运作这样更加节约用电。
